Dr. Donna Gasparro, the Medical Director & Co-Founder of Femme, has worked as a physician for over a decade. She graduated with highest honors from medical school in 2010 and completed 3 years of residency at Overlook Hospital, an affiliate of Mount Siani in NYC, USA.  She excelled at minimally invasive cosmetic treatments with injectable and laser modalities in a cosmetic practice at Reflections Center for skin and body. Dr. Gasparro then founded a medical weight loss department at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. 

Throughout her career, she has always placed a strong emphasis on evidence-based medicine, patient education, and the emotional well-being of others.
