Join for $250 + HST per month or $2,500 +HST per year
Your membership will include:
Unlimited, extended appointments with your Primary Care provider within 48 hours
Coordinated care between Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and all other disciplines within the clinic
Annual Executive Physical Exam which includes complimentary assessments from other disciplines in the office
Monthly exclusive promotions on various in-clinic services
Members-only educational series led by physicians and other professionals discussing female health topics
Exclusive events, promotions and collaborations with other female-owned businesses
Member-only group sessions to provide support for common female health concerns

Symptom management is the focus of this program. There are a multitude of modalities that can improve your quality of life throughout this phase, including hormone replacement that can be explored.

An Initial Assessment and extended follow up appointment with our Naturopathic Doctor
An Initial Assessment with our Chiropractor
An Initial Assessment with our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
An Initial Assessment with our Psychotherapist
Coordinated care between the Nurse Practitioner, Physicians and the wellness disciplines listed above
